So i’ve been seeing a lot of posts on Tumblr about “today’s generation” and how a lot of little kids seem too old for their age. I wouldn’t say all of them do, but a lot that i see do. I think it’s ironic on how i remember having like a gameboy when i was little, and my parents told me i was lucky to have one since they’ve never had something like that when they were my age, at that time. For me that was a blessing, knowing that i was able to have something my parents didn’t have (and still do today); but for some others, they probably didn’t care since they had all the toys they wanted, took it for granted, or just didn’t think about it that way. Now as a teenager, we see the little ones with all of these fancy technology things that we didn’t even have as kids, like iPhones/iPods, computers, brand clothes, etc.; things they have now that we didn’t have at their age. It makes me think of how like now, i kinda see how it was for my parents with me. I’m still pretty young to notice these things, but i kinda see how things change, cause you know, generations are always gonna change and be different, and we just gotta accept that the world is starting to become more and more advanced. On the side note tho, they’ll never get it as good as we 90’s kids did, xD
I don’t really have a picture, so i’ll just keep this nice and short. Today I woke up soooo late, like at 7:40am. Luckily my 1st period teacher doesn’t care about people being late, plus i thought we had a sub like usual on thursdays, so that was good. the rest of the day was fine, nothing much different. after school i went to Safeway to get some cake for our potluck tomorrow, then went home. Hung out with my sister, then ended up going to Costco and Safeway (again) with my dad and sister to go grocery shopping. After, came home and got started on my Algebra2 notes. Decided to do something creative with it so i snuck in a mickey head while i was at it. After, watched Glee with my sister, and now just chillin in her room. Gonna KO soon.
