[ Decisions&Happiness, ]

So Hung, a recent high school alumni, came to visit our school today, and coincidentally he visited 4 out of 6 of my classes, two in which he talked about his college life. Even tho I heard it twice, his presentation was just soo, gahh, inspirational, motivating, and everything. One of the things he said was something like, “People should be seen as a person before a number” cause like for example, the SATs shouldn’t label you as just intelligence, a college should accept you more as a person than just your statistics. He also said “You’ll face many options in life, but it’s up to you in which makes me happy.” He had a choice between Stanford or Yale; sure Stanford is a high class/rated school, but Yale was a school in which made him happy. Iono, his life story gave me hope to the colleges I applied too, and in general. You should do you and do more of what makes you happy. Don’t let others conclude a choice for you. Sure people can give you opinions on what you choose, but in the end it’s your decision, and that decision should be based off of your happiness and no one elses because it’s YOUR life. Your life, your happiness.
